A results-driven strategist with over 20 years of experience, Steven has held executive roles across multiple companies, driving successful $100MM+ exits. With expertise in operations management and scaling high-performance teams. Steven has consistently delivered transformative results, guiding businesses through rapid growth and strategic pivots.
As the founder of Ooblek, he leverages his hands-on leadership style to empower businesses to optimize operations, mitigate risks, and achieve lasting success. This allows businesses to navigate complex challenges, streamline operations, and unlock sustainable growth. His leadership has transformed organizations, driving both short-term results and long-term strategic success. His approachable leadership style fosters collaboration, ensuring alignment across all levels of the business, while his vision and ability to anticipate future market trends empower organizations to stay ahead of the curve.
Outside of his professional work, Steven enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with his two dogs, Kai and Kona. Whether exploring new cuisines or discovering off-the-map destinations, he brings the same curiosity and intentionality to his personal life as he does to solving business challenges.
